Description:

Anti-Asian sentiment has grown significantly since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the rising wave of anti-Asian incidents has shocked many Asian Americans. As community leaders, champions, and activists of diversity, equity and inclusion, what can we do to support and provide allyship to the Asian community? More importantly, where we stand as leaders of organizations of the future in terms of systematic racism, inequity among other social justice issues. We invite you to join a conversation with us, facilitated by Fabian J. De Rozario, Founder & CEO of GlobalConnect Consulting LP. Fabian has extensive experience working with leaders from Fortune 500 companies to build and foster a diverse and inclusive culture. He will share his insights on leading and communicating in turbulent times and re-launching DEI programs post-COVID.
